Queen Victoria (1837-1901)- The Young head Crown was struck for just five years and the first year was struck in Proof only (1839). There were two variants on the edge lettering one being the Cinquefoil and the other star stops. A much loved portrait of Victoria and great to see it in the crown size scale! This coin is dated 1845 with Cinquefoil stops and in a beautiful condition. It does have a slight blemish to Victoria's cheek, but this looks more of a surface discolour rather than a ding. A great example for any collection.
