Rare 1656 Oliver Cromwell Gold Broad PCGS AU50

By The Royal Mint

Sorry, this product is currently unavailable.

The Oliver Cromwell broad preceded the gold guinea and the sovereign, it was a similar size to the 50 shilling also struck during the Commonwealth. With a value of Twenty Shillings and dated 1656 (only year) this coin is highly collectible and difficult to obtain.

This stunning example has been independently graded by PCGS as AU50 (full detail with friction over most of the surface, slight flatness on the high points).

This extremely rare and sought after coin makes the perfect investment coin or maybe the center piece to almost any collection!
